Catering FAQS

Here are answers to some common questions. 

  • What are the payment terms for catering orders?

    For all catering orders, payment must be completed 7 calendar days before the event. To block your desired date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Is there a minimum order size for catering

    Yes, there is a minimum order of 100 wings for catering services.



  • Are there any additional fees for catering services?

    Yes, a service fee of 4% is added to all invoices to cover various service-related expenses.

  • Can large orders be picked up instead of delivered?

    Yes, we offer a pickup option for large orders. Please inquire about the specifics when placing your order.

  • Minimum Order and Increment Requirements

     Our catering service requires a minimum order of 100 wings. After the minimum, orders can only be increased in specific increments of 50 wings. For example, orders for 150, 200, 250 wings, etc., are acceptable, but an order for a quantity like 275 wings would not be possible.
